My 11/11/11 wish

This is my journey on my weight lose program. Starting today Im getting into shaped and getting the body i always wants.

Weight now: 160LBS
want to be: 130 LBS

My goals are: Walking/Running 6 days a week for 30 mins or more.
                     Eating healthier foods
                     Limiting my pop in take to one can a day
                     Only one cheat day on sweets.
